Home Energy Assessment

A home energy assessment helps pinpoint where you can save money and enjoy greater home comfort with customized home recommendations, cash incentives to offset improvement costs, and expert guidance every step of the way.

The energy assessment is performed by a trained and certified Trade Ally contractor and must be completed to qualify for Focus on Energy Whole Home Improvement incentives. Waunakee Utilities will cover half the cost (up to $300) to complete a Home Energy Assessment by a certified Focus on Energy Trade Ally. Complete the rebate form and upload your invoice to claim your rebate.

Rebates will be provided on a first come first serve basis until funding is exhausted per calendar year. The online rebate form, the assessment report and invoice must be submitted to the utility within three months of the home energy assessment. The invoice and assessment must be in one file when uploading to the rebate form.
